4. Compliance

All parties agree to comply with applicable trade, export, customs, sanctions, and anti–money‑laundering regulations. We may request documentation to satisfy KYC/KYB obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
